+ What is the market opportunity (market size)? If it is a new market, cite and use metrics around existing markets and give your best estimate.

+ How far along are you? If you are pre-beta, when will you have a beta? If you are pre-launch, when will you launch?

+ Do you have revenue? If so, how much? What is your monthly growth rate?

+ How many users do you have? What is your monthly growth rate?

+ If you have an online demo, what’s the url? (Please don’t password protect it; just use an obscure url.)

+ If part of your product is a mobile app, what platforms are you on (iOS, android, etc.)?

+ Do any of your founders/team members have domain expertise?

+ Do any of your founders/team members have technical expertise?

+ How will you acquire users/customers? If your idea depends on attracting users via an already large community (e.g. a marketplace, a dating site, an ad network), how will you overcome that challenge?

+ Are any of the founders covered by noncompetes or intellectual property agreements that overlap with your project? Will any be working as employees or consultants for anyone else?

+ Was any of your code written by someone who is not one of your founders? If so, how can you safely use it? (Open source is ok of course)

+ Please tell us about the founder’s shareholdings and who has invested in your team or company.
